On October 18, 2026, in the city of Tula. The Championship in the discipline "Spinning fishing from the shore" was held on the Voronka River (dammed).
More than 30 participants competed for the first places in this event.
The strong wind that raged on the eve of the competition did not prevent the athletes. "In such weather, the fish just better comes closer to the shore," the fishermen said and went to their places.
It is worth noting that among the participants are not only experienced fishermen — winners of national‑level tournaments and masters of sports — but also very young athletes who are ready to take a risk and catch their own “golden Autumn perch”.
