In the Kirov region, in Belaya Kholunitsa, the II championship in fishing from ice with a jig was held in memory of O.V. Kulakov. Competitions were held on March 31. The organizers of the competition: the administration of the Belokholunitsky district and the urban settlement; Council of Economic Managers; Society of Hunters and Fishermen, together with TM Torvi partners - "Vyatsky Rybachok" store.
The program of the competition had not only fishing, but various active games, tea and soup. There are also many contests, such as high-speed drilling, rope pulling, etc.
